Composition: Each tablet contains Olanzapine 10 mg.

Indications: Schizophrenia, acute manic or mixed episodes associated with Bipolar I Disorder, and maintenance treatment of Bipolar I Disorder, as prescribed.
Dosage and Administration: Adults with schizophrenia: The usual initial dose is 5–10 mg once daily, with 10 mg/day commonly used as a target dose. May be taken with or without food.
Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to olanzapine or any formulation ingredient.
Precautions: Monitor body weight, blood glucose, and lipid levels. Use cautiously in patients with diabetes, cardiovascular disease, hepatic impairment, or a history of seizures.
